All I need is new bars with he supports in the right place so I said I would hold on to them and I cut slots to where they should have been and they work fine. They said I could return them if I wanted. After about a 3-4 days they came back and said I was right and they would be making adjustments in their next run. It took about 4 emails going back and forth with pictures to get the point across. The cut outs for the hanging bars are in too close together. They do not work for legal hanging folders. I sent pictures of the box and the unit and at first they offered me 15% off, then I send more pictures and more of a description and they sent a new unit and did not want the damaged unit back, so I guess now I have a garage cabinet. It took me a minute to figure out how to custom set the levels but that is because I had a hard time finding it in the instructions. The motor to raise and lower the desk is quiet and works well.
